All accepted items must fit inside the container with the lid closed or below the top. Email Customer Care or call 972-205-3500 to order an additional container.
Liquids such as points, fertilizers, chemical, mercury, automotive fluids, etc. are not allowed in the container. Contact the Chemical Collection Center: 214-553-1765 for suggestions on proper disposal.
Tires are not allowed in the container. Please take them to a local tire shop.
Moving? Notify Environmental Waste Services (EWS) if your business is closing or moving out of Garland at least 30 days in advance. If you are discontinuing using EWS services, then your account will be charged the difference between the stop date and the renewal date of your service (this excludes roll-off containers).
Park vehicles at least 10 ft. away from all sides of the container. If container is blocked and a EWS operator returns to service the container, there may be an additional charge.
Unlock gate to container, ensure container is accessible. Provide EWS with any gate codes.
Property owners are responsible for insuring that the area around a container is kept clean. EWS operators are not responsible for cleaning-up items left on the ground.
The minimum empty and reset for roll-offs (open top containers) is one time each month. You must request at least one empty and reset of a container each month. Otherwise, your account will be charged one haul rate.
If you think that we missed emptying your container, you must notify us within 24 hours: Email Commercial Services, 972-205-3500. Otherwise there may be an extra charge for the truck to return to you location.
